摘  要:利用耳石形态学方法,比较分析了3种鲚属鱼类的耳石形态,并探讨了短颌鲚的物种有效性。选择7种耳石尺寸参数与形状指标,通过配对样本t检验、主成分分析和判别分析,对刀鲚、凤鲚和短颌鲚共98尾样品进行耳石形态分析。结果显示:(1)利用耳石形态学识别3种鲚属鱼类的正确率为93.8%,证明耳石用于识别鲚属鱼类是可靠的;(2)利用耳石形态学对短颌鲚进行物种有效性分析,均数差异显著性检验显示刀鲚与短颌鲚耳石存在较大差异,但差异系数检验表明二者在耳石形态上的差异未达亚种水平,因此本研究认为短颌鲚与刀鲚属于同一物种,但因生境存在差异,二者为2种不同生态型群体。Otolith shape indices were used to analyse the morphology of Coilia fishes for species identification and Coilia brachygnathus validity.In this study,a total of 98 Coilia fishes(C.nasus,C.mystus and C.brachygnathus)were selected to analyze the morphology of otolith.And the paired sample t-test,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis were performed using seven size parameters and shape indices.The results showed that the accuracy rate of otolith morphology was 93.8%,which proved that otolith was reliable in the identification of Coilia fishes.The difference coefficient test was used to analyze the species validity of C.brachygnathus.The results showed that the differentiation of C.nasus and C.brachygnathus did not reach the level of subspecies,although the mean difference significance test indicated significant differences in otolith between them.The different geographical environments might have a great influence on the morphology of fish otolith.
