摘　　要：文章旨在研究妊娠母猪日粮中添加功能性纤维对其繁殖性能和肠道微生物的影响,试验将200头经产妊娠母猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%功能性纤维,试验结果显示,3个试验组母猪妊娠90 d、分娩前背膘厚均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);各组产活仔数、窝均断奶头数、仔猪初生窝重、断奶窝重、断奶均重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组产健仔数极显著高于其余组别(P<0.01);各组妊娠晚期(110 d)粪便中各菌门相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,日粮添加功能性纤维可降低妊娠晚期母猪背膘厚,调节肠道微生物菌群,提高繁殖性能,但功能性纤维适宜添加比例仍有待进一步研究。To study the effect of adding functional fiber to the diet of pregnant sows on their reproductive performance and intestinal microorganisms,200 multiparous sows were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group,and the control group was fed with basic diet.The experimental groupⅰ,experimental groupⅱand experimental groupⅲwere fed with 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%functional fiber respectively.The results showed that the sows in the three experimental groups The number of live piglets,average weaned piglets,newborn litter weight,weaned litter weight and weaned average weight in each group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of healthy piglets in the experimental group II was significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.01).The relative abundance of bacteria in feces of each group in the third trimester of pregnancy(110d)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that adding functional fiber to the diet can reduce the back fat thickness of sows in the third trimester of pregnancy,regulate intestinal microbial flora and enhance reproductive performance,but the appropriate proportion of functional fiber.
