藿香龙黄散对波杂山羊瘤胃发酵性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究饲料中添加复方中草药“藿香龙黄散”对波杂山羊瘤胃发酵性能和血液生化指标的影响,试验选取3月龄、体重相近的健康波杂山羊48只,随机分成对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、III组,每组4个重复、每个重复3只,在每组精料中分别添加0、1.0%、2.0%、4.0%的藿香龙黄散,正式试验45 d。结果发现:(1)各试验组羊只的瘤胃液NH3-N浓度均低于对照组,其中试验Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05);丁酸浓度在3个不同时间点与对照组相比均有所升高,其中试验Ⅱ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)血液胆固醇和碱性磷酸酶均高于对照组,且试验Ⅱ组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。由此表明,在波杂山羊精料中添加2.0%的复方中草药“藿香龙黄散”能改善羊只瘤胃发酵性能和血液生化指标。In order to study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine“Huoxiang Longhuang San”on rumen fermentation performance and blood biochemical indexes of hybrid goats,48 healthy hybrid goats of 3 months old and similar body weight were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and Experimental Group I,II and III,each group had 4 replicates and 3 gouts per replicates.The concentrate of each group was added with 0,1.0%,2.0%and 4.0%Huoxiang longhuang powder,respectively,the official trial period is 45 days.The results showed that:(1)the concentration of NH3-N in rumen fluid of each experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the concentration of butyric acid in rumen fluid of Experimental Group II was significantly lower than that of the control group at three different time points,there was a rising in both groups,and the level in Group II was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)blood cholesterol and Alkaline phosphatase levels were significantly higher in Group II than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that adding 2.0%Huoxiang longhuang powder to the concentrate of Boza goat could improve the rumen fermentation performance and blood biochemical indexes.
