饲喂青贮玉米对科尔沁牛生长性能、养分利用及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在探究饲喂青贮玉米对科尔沁牛生长性能、养分利用及经济效益的影响。试验将64头科尔沁牛随机分为4组,分别为试验1、2、3、4组;每组含16头科尔沁牛,饲喂含不同比例青贮玉米的粗饲料,试验1、2、3、4组的青贮玉米比例分别为30%、50%、70%、100%,4组精饲料一致,预饲期20 d,正试期80 d,共观察100 d。结果表明,随着饲料中青贮玉米比例的增加,科尔沁牛的日增重量及结束体重明显升高,科尔沁牛的干物质采食量明显减少,料重比明显变低;有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的养分利用率显著升高,科尔沁牛的每日饲喂成本显著降低,每日增重收益和每日收益显著升高(P<0.05)。科尔沁牛的干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的养分利用率虽有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 :增大粗饲料中青贮玉米比例可以显著提高科尔沁牛的生长性能及养分利用,同时具有更好的经济效益。This study was aimed to explore the effect of silage corn on growth performance,nutrient utilization and economic benefit of Horqin cattle.64 Horqin cattle were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely,experimental group 1,2,3 and 4.Each group contain 16 Horqin cattle,and were fed with coarse feed contain different proportions of silage corn.that proportions of silage corn in experiment group 1,2,3,4 were 30%,50%,70%and 100%respectively,and the four groups of Horqin cattle were fed with the same fine feed,and the preliminary experiment lasted for 20 days and the formal experiment lasted for 80 days,for a total of 100 days.The results showed that the growth performance of Horqin cattle was compared with daily weight,feed intake of dry matter and feed weight ratio,and the nutrient utilization rates of DM,OM,CP,NDF and ADF were compared with that of Horqin cattle.The economic benefits of Horqin cattle were compared with the cost price of daily feeding,the income of daily weight gain and the daily income.With the increase of the proportion of silage corn in feed,the daily weight and end weight of Horqin cattle increased significantly,the dry matter intake of Horqin cattle decreased significantly,and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased significantly.The nutrient utilization rates of OM,CP and ADF were significantly increased,the daily feeding cost price of Horqin cattle was significantly reduced,and the daily gain benefit and daily gain were significantly increased(P<0.05).Although the nutrient utilization ratios of DM and NDF of Horqin cattle were increased,the differences were not statistically significan(t P>0.05).In conclusion,increasing the proportion of silage corn in roughage can obviously improve the growth performance and nutrient utilization of khorchin cattle,and the economic benefit is better.
