摘  要:文章旨在评估全株玉米对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血液生化指标、瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验分为4个试验组,包括日粮中添加全株玉米0%试验组、5%试验组、10%试验组、20%试验组。将初体重一致的20头肉羊随机分为4组,每组5个重复。结果表明,与0%试验组相比,饲喂全株玉米有助于改善肉羊的末体重、日增重、全期增重和料重比;添加量为20%时,肉羊的末增重、日增重、全期增重、料重比等生长性能最优(P<0.05)。然而,全株玉米对肉羊的采食量未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。饲喂全株玉米的肉羊宰前活重、胴体重、活净肉重和净肉率显著提高,添加量为20%时屠宰性能最优(P<0.05)。但饲喂全株玉米并未显著提高肉羊的屠宰率、胴体净肉率和(酮体脂肪含量)GR值(P>0.05)。与0%试验组肉羊的血糖指数相比,10%和20%试验组肉羊血糖含量等血液生化指标显著升高(P<0.05);未影响血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等肉羊血液生化指标(P>0.05)。另外,全株玉米未对肉羊瘤胃发酵参数产生负面影响(P>0.05)。结论 :饲喂全株玉米有助于改善肉羊的末体重、日增重、全期增重和料重比等生长性能,提高了宰前活重、胴体重、活净肉重和净肉率等屠宰性能以及血糖等血液生化指标,其中20%的添加量最为适宜。The article aims to evaluate the effects of whole plant maize on growth performance,slaughter performance,blood biochemical indicators,and rumen fermentation parameters of meat sheep.This study was divided into four experimental groups,including the diet supplemented with whole plant corn 0%experimental group,5%experimental group,10%experimental group,and 20%experimental group.Twenty mutton sheep with the same initial weight were randomly selected and divided into four groups with five replicates in each group.Results:Compared with the 0%experimental group,feeding whole plant corn helped improve the final body weight,daily weight gain,total weight gain,and feed weight ratio of meat sheep;When the addition amount was 20%,the growth performance of mutton sheep such as final weight gain,daily weight gain,whole period weight gain,and feed weight ratio were the best(P<0.05).However,the whole plant corn had no significant effect on the feed intake of meat sheep(P>0.05).The live weight,carcass weight,live net meat weight,and net meat percentage of meat sheep fed with whole plant corn significantly increased,and the slaughter performance was the best when the additive amount was 20%(P<0.05).However,feeding whole plant corn did not significantly improve the slaughter rate,carcass net meat percentage,and GR value of meat sheep(P>0.05).Compared with the blood glucose index of the 0%experimental group,the blood biochemical indexes such as blood glucose content in the 10%and 20%experimental groups significantly increased(P<0.05);There was no effect on serum total protein,albumin,globulin,urea nitrogen,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein and other blood biochemical indicators of meat sheep(P>0.05).In addition,whole plant corn had no negative impact on rumen fermentation parameters of meat sheep(P>0.05).Conclusion:Feeding whole plant corn can improve the growth performance of mutton sheep,such as end weight,daily weight gain,full term weight gain,and feed weight ratio.It can improve slaughter perf
