摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的推进,畜牧养殖业具备广阔的发展前景,并逐渐从粗放生产向集约化和规模化方向转型,这在一定程度上缓解了畜牧养殖专业大学生的就业压力。而高校作为人才培养的摇篮,肩负着向社会输送高质量人才的重任。面对畜牧养殖专业大学生的就业问题,高校除了通过教育教学工作来提高人才培养成效外,还需要积极践行“大众创业,万众创新”的要求,以畜牧养殖专业+创新创业教育的方式,加强对大学生的就业指导,从而提高畜牧养殖专业大学生的创新精神和创业能力。With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the animal husbandry and breeding industry has broad prospects for development,and gradually transforms from extensive production to intensive and large-scale,which to some extent alleviates the employment pressure of college students majoring in animal husbandry and breeding.As the cradle of talent training,efficiency is responsible for delivering high-quality talents to the society.Facing the employment problem of college students majoring in animal husbandry and breeding,in addition to improving the effectiveness of talent cultivation through education and teaching,colleges and universities also need to actively implement the requirements of“mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation”,and strengthen the employment guidance for college students in the way of animal husbandry and breeding+innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to improve the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability of college students majoring in animal husbandry and breeding.
