摘  要:以BiOI为前驱体,采用化学沉淀法对W_(18)O_(49)(2%)/BiOI复合材料进行了制备,为了研究该材料的光催化性能,利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和荧光分光光度计(PL)对样品进行表征。结果表明,W_(18)O_(49)的引入未改变BiOI的晶型结构,纯BiOI的降解率约为21%,与W18O49复合后材料的降解率约达到98%,复合后材料的降解率显著高于纯物质的降解效率,纯BiOI材料和W_(18)O_(49)的带隙宽度分别约为1.97eV和3.06eV,理论上可形成异质结,有助于加速电子转移速率,有效降低了电子和空穴对的复合,很好的提升材料的光催化活性。Using BiOI as the precursor,the W_(18)O_(49)(2%)/BiOI material was prepared by chemical precipitation method.In order to study the photocatalytic performance of the material.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS)and fluorescence spectrophotometer(PL).The results showed that the introduction of W_(18)O_(49)did not change the crystal structure of BiOI,and the degradation rate of pure BiOI was about 21%,and the degradation rate of the material with W_(18)O_(49)reached about 98%.The degradation rate of the composite material is significantly higher than that of pure material.The band gap width of pure BiOI and pure W_(18)O_(49)meterials are about 1.97 eV and 3.06 eV.They can form heterojunctions,accelerate the electron transfer rate,effectively reduce the recombination of electron and hole pairs,and improve the photocatalytic activity of the material.
