区域经济视角下人力资本对物质资本投资抑制效应研究

摘　　要：资本构成决定区域经济产业的发展方向,而在资本内部作用效应下,区域经济产业发展情况也会引起资本构成变动,因此,有必要研究区域经济视角下人力资本对物质资本的抑制效应。首先以两期内生增长模型为基础,得出资本构成变动关系的假设;其次使用全国2009~2018年面板数据,构建个体固定效应模型,对假设进行验证。研究结果表明,东部地区不存在人力资本对物质资本投资抑制作用;由于存在劳动力流失引发的人力资本流失,中西部地区从长期来看存在人力资本对物资资本投资的显著抑制作用。因此,从长远发展角度来看,中央财政需加大对中西部地区财政扶持力度,减缓人力资本的抑制效应,同时各地方政府应改进人才引进政策,加大人力资本投入力度,从而突破经济发展瓶颈期。Capital composition determines the development direction of regional economy and industry.and un-der the internal eft of capital,the developnent of regional economy and industry will also cause changes in capital composition.It is necessary to study the inhibiting elfect of human capital on physical capital from the perspective of open regional economy.Firstly.based on the two period internal growth model.the assumption of the relationship between capital composition changes is obtained.Secondly.using the national panel data from 2009 to 2018.this paper constructs an individual fixed efeet model to verify the hypothesis.Finally,it is concluded that the inhibition effect of human capital on physial capital investment in eastern China does not exist.In the long run.considering the loss of human capital caused by labor force migration the human capital in the central and western regions has a significant restraining eflct.Therefore,from the perspective of long term development,the central finance should increase financial support to the central and western regions to slow down the inhibiting elfect of human capital.At the same time,local governments should improve talent intro-duction policies and increase human apital investment.s0 as to break through the botleneck Period of economic development.
