城市森林公园生态服务价值评价——以合肥市滨湖森林公园为例

摘　　要：生态系统服务价值(Ecosystem Service Value,简称ESV)是反映一个国家或地区生态系统的健康程度,直接或间接地维系着人类赖以生存的环境。森林是地球上最大的生态系统对其生态服务功能进行量化计算,有利于保护森林资源,推动生态系统的健康可持续发展。以合肥滨湖森林公园为研究对象,采用市场价值法、工程替代法、影子工程法、成果参照法等方法对其进行生态服务价值计算。结果表明,(1)2018年滨湖森林公园生态服务总价值为4482.44万元/a,最大生态服务价值为调节气体价值(1292万元/a),最小值为净化水质价值(45.93万元/a)。(2)森林公园各项服务价值按其比例大小排序为调节气体价值>科研教育价值>净化环境价值>土壤保持价值>调蓄洪水价值>休闲娱乐价值>物质生产价值>栖息地服务价值>净化水质价值。(3)合肥滨湖森林公园中间服务价值为1443.7万元/a,其价值通过最终服务价值所体现,其价值效应是不可忽视的。本文意在为提高该区域生态服务价值提供一定的理论基础,同时也为生态文明城市的建设和森林公园的管理和保护提供理论依据。Ecosystem service value(ESV)reflects the health of a national or regional ecosystem and directly or indirectly maintains the environment on which human beings depend.Forest is the largest ecosystem on earth,quantitative calculation of its ecological service function is conducive to protecting forest resources and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of ecosystem.Taking Hefei Binhu Forest Park as the research object,the ecological service value is calculated by using the methods of market value method,engineering substitution method,shadow engineering method and achievement reference method.The results show that,(1)the total value of ecological service of Binhu Forest Park is 44824400 yuan,the maximum value of ecological service is the value of regulated gas(12920000 yuan),and the minimum value is the value of purified water quality(459300 yuan).(2)According to the proportion,the service values of Forest Park are as follows:regulating gas value>scientific research and education value>purifying environment value>soil conservation value>regulating and storing flood value>leisure and entertainment value>material production value>habitat service value>purifying water quality value.(3)The intermediate service value of Hefei Binhu Forest Park is 14437000 yuan.Its value is reflected by the final service value,and its value effect can't be ignored.This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the value of ecological services in this region,and also provide a theoretical basis for the construction of ecological civilized cities and the management and protection of forest parks.
