摘　　要：建筑工程造价是建筑工程项目管理的核心。目前,有关建筑工程造价预测的研究方法较多,其中时间序列法的应用较为广泛,且该方法中定性研究与定量研究的应用情况不尽相同。采用时间序列法中的定量研究法,利用SPSS及Python软件进行数据统计,得出的工程造价预测结果更为精准。时间序列法减少了因时间等因素而造成的误差,且操作和计算简便快捷,能提高建筑工程造价预测计算的效率,有助于建筑工程项目的成本管理及物资管控。Construction cost is the core of construction project management.At present,the research methods related to the prediction of construction project costs are too many,among which the time series method is adopted widely.The application of qualitative and quantitative research is different.The study adopts the qualitative research method of time series method,uses SPSS and Python software to do data statistics,and gains more accurate results of project cost prediction.Time series method reduces the error caused by other factors,such as the time.And it is easy to be operated and simple to be calculated.So it can improve the efficiency of the prediction calculation of construction project costs,and control the cost management and materials of the construction project.
