摘　　要：对高校的毕业生就业指导服务质量现状开展调查,能够了解高校毕业生视域下的就业指导服务质量水平。随机对267名高校毕业生进行问卷调查的结果显示,毕业生对高校就业指导服务质量的评价处于中等偏上水平,但还有上升空间,但对就业指导服务客体的满意度不高。不同专业的毕业生在就业指导服务事项上存在显著性差异,文科专业毕业生与艺术类专业毕业生在就业指导服务事项上存在显著性差异。高校应丰富提高毕业生自我认知能力的形式,使其形成正确的就业观,并根据不同专业设计不同的就业指导服务计划,从而全面提升就业指导服务质量。The study investigates the service quality of employment guidance for graduates in colleges and universities,to know its value.The results of the questionnaire survey of 267 college graduates show that the evaluation level of service quality of employment guidance in colleges and universities is at middle or higher level,but it still needs improvement.The satisfaction degree of service objects of employment guidance is not high.There is statistically significant difference in service items of employment guidance for graduates of different majors.There is statistically significant difference of graduates of liberal arts and arts major in service items of employment guidance.Colleges and universities should enrich the forms of improving college students’self cognition ability,help them to form correct employment value,and design different service plans of employment guidance according to different majors,to comprehensively improve the service quality of employment guidance.
