摘 要:在全球气候变化形势严峻的背景下,实现碳达峰、碳中和目标已成为减缓气候变化的共识。交通运输领域是碳排放的重要领域之一,推动其绿色低碳发展,是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要支撑。鉴于此,在分析美国、日本、欧盟等发达国家和地区交通运输碳排放特点与规律的基础上,梳理其交通运输低碳发展工作推进举措与经验,为我国交通运输业低碳发展提出以下建议:强化低碳技术创新政策引导,构建集约型交通发展模式,发挥运输结构调整的减排作用,以交通数字化转型促进可持续交通发展。Against the backdrop of severe global climate change,achieving the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality has become a consensus to mitigate climate change.The transportation sector is one of the important areas of carbon emissions.Therefore,promoting the low-carbon development of transportation sector is the key to China's realization of the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals.Given this,this paper analyzed the characteristics and laws of carbon emissions in the transportation sector in developed countries and regions such as the United States,Japan,and the European Union,sorted out their measures and experience in promoting transportation low-carbon development,and proposed suggestions for the low-carbon development of China's transportation sector:strengthening low-carbon technology inno-vate policy guidance,building an intensive transportation development model,continuing to promote transportation structure adjustment,and promoting sustainable transportation development through transportation digital transformation.
