摘　　要：该文总结分析了Kano模型的发展与内涵,以及其在护理服务需求中的应用。基于Kano模型了解不同患者护理服务需求变化,并指出此模型在护理服务需求方面的优缺点和发展方向,为提高患者满意度,改进护理服务质量和专业素质提供新的研究方向。This paper summarizes and analyzes the development and connotation of the Kano model and its application in nursing service demand.Understanding the changes in the nursing service needs of different patients based on the Kano model and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of this model in the nursing service needs and development direction,and provide a new research direction in order to improve the patient satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing services and professional quality.
