全程规范化护理路径在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸矫形手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程规范化护理路径在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸矫形手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月1日~2021年4月30日收治的50例患者为对照组,实施手术室常规护理;选取2021年5月1日~2022年4月30日收治的50例患者为观察组,实施全程规范化护理路径。比较两组手术并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数及术后疼痛[采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]情况。结果:观察组皮肤异常、术后低体温均低于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数均少于对照组(P<0.01),术后第3天和出院时NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:规范化护理路径可有效降低青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者并发症发生率,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院天数,减轻患者术后疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the appplivation effect of standardized nursing path in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis orthopaedic surgery.Methods:A total of 50 cases of patiebts admitted during May 1,2020 to April 30,2021 were selected as the control group,and was given operation room conventional nursing;Another 50 cases of patients admitted during May 1,2021 to April 30,2022 were selected as the observation group,and was given the entire standardized nursing path.Comparison eas made between the two groups on surgical complications,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization days and postoperative pain by pain numeric rating scale(NRS).Results:The skin abnormality and postoperative hypothermia were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),the intraoperative blood loss,operative time,and hospitalization days were less in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01),after 3 d and at discharge,the NRS scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Standardized nursing path can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospitalization days,and reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
