摘 要:张紧装置的行走机构是客运架空索道运转的重要组成部分,行走机构的结构功能设计亦是索道张紧装置设计中的难点和重点。正常工作时,张紧装置依靠4个行走轮支撑小车主体结构,联动张紧设备前后运动,文中根据索道张紧装置工作条件,设计高度可调式行走轮座结构,通过行走轮固定支座与滑动座的导向滑动结构,实现张紧装置行走轮的高度调整。在4个行走轮高度可调的功能前提下,验证分析弯板厢式、直板厢式和立板式3种不同结构的行走轮固定支座结构受力特性,为高度可调式行走轮座结构设计提供参考。The traveling mechanism of tensioning device is an important component of passenger aerial ropeway operation,and the structural design of traveling mechanism is a difficult and priority in the design of ropeway tensioning device.During normal operation,the tensioning device relies on four traveling wheels to support the main structure of the trolley and link the tensioning device to move back and forth.According to the operating conditions of the cableway tensioning device,a heightadjustable traveling wheel seat design is proposed,and the height adjustment of the traveling wheel of the tensioning device is realized through the guiding and sliding structure of the traveling wheel fixed support and the sliding seat.On the premise of ensuring that the height of the four traveling wheels can be adjusted,the mechanical characteristics of the fixed bearings of the traveling wheels with three different structures,namely,bent plate box,straight plate box and vertical plate,are verified and analyzed,which provides reference for the structural design of the height-adjustable traveling wheel seat.
