摘　　要：兰州市水源地建设工程为长距离引水工程,如何解决长隧洞、深竖井等施工测量问题是本项目测量控制的关键。本文通过对长距离TBM施工控制测量、深竖井联系测量、竖井滑模施工测量、长距离顶管持续测量、多种坐标系转换衔接等施工测量关键技术进行研究,并结合工程项目实践效果进行阐述,论述施工测量设计的可行性。The construction project of Lanzhou water source area is a long-distance water diversion project.Construction survey of long tunnels and deep shafts was the key to survey control in this project.This study investigated the key technology of construction survey,such as:long distance TBM construction control survey,shaft connection survey,shaft slipform construction survey,continuous survey of long distance pipe jacking,and conversion and connection of multiple coordinate systems and so on.It also described and discussed the feasibility of construction survey design based on practical effect of engineering projects.
