摘 要:竣工测量是旧城改造工程质量验收的依据,对确定工程施工是否符合相关标准和规范具有重要意义。传统作业方式存在外业采集时间长、特征点数目少、检核验收难度大等缺点。本文将三维激光扫描技术应用于实际工程案例中,通过点云与设计模型碰撞分析获取改造偏差重点区域,结果表明该技术可以满足竣工测量的测绘要求,为竣工测绘提供了全新、可行的技术手段与生产模式。Completion measurement is the basis of quality acceptance for the old city reconstruction project,which is of great significance to determine whether the construction conforms to the relevant standards and specifications.The traditional operation mode has some shortcomings,such as long field collection time,small number of feature points and difficulty in inspection and acceptance.In this paper,the 3D laser scanning technology is applied to practical engineering cases,and the key areas of transformation deviation are obtained through the collision analysis between the point cloud and the design model.The results show that the technology can meet surveying and mapping requirements of the completed surveying and mapping,and provides a new and feasible technical means and a production mode for completed surveying and mapping.
