养老院护工照顾过程中的主体性赋权策略--以J县民办养老院为例

摘　　要：长久以来照顾工作的重要性被忽视,对于护工照护工作的“去权化”主要来自身体劳动和情感劳动两个方面,阻碍了护工群体的职业境况改善。对于身体劳动,护工群体通过强调职业化和道德化肯定护理工作的专业性;对于情感劳动,护工群体则从“浅层的经济回报”与“深层的情感关系”两个维度进行主体性赋权,并呈现出明显的务实性特征。照顾工作的“去权”与护工群体的主体性赋权策略影响着照护实践的质量,应该从护工的职业待遇、专业培训和行业管理制度构建专业化和人性化的照护体系,并发挥专业社会工作在护工赋权中的作用。For a long time,the importance of care work has been neglected,and the“disempowerment”of care work for care workers mainly comes from two aspects:physical labor and emotional labor,which hinders the improvement of the professional situation of the care workers.For physical labor,the caregiver community affirms the specialization of nursing work by emphasizing professionalism and ethics;For emotional labor,caregivers carry out subjective empowerment from the two dimensions of superficial economic returns and deep emotional relationships,and show obvious pragmatic characteristics.The“disempowerment”of care work and the subjective empowerment strategy of caregiver groups affect the quality of caregiving practice,and a professional and humanized nursing system should be built from the professional treatment,training and industry management system of caregivers,and the role of professional social work in the empowerment of caregivers should be brought into play.
