摘　　要：城市社区是市民生产生活和开展多样性活动的重要场域,也是公共卫生风险治理的基础单元,从空间维度考察韧性社区建设是有效应对公共卫生风险的重要选择。当前,多元化城市社区空间的差序格局失衡、社区基础设施与公共服务空间供给不足、社区空间资源配置缺失以及生态环境空间资源保障弱化等都影响和制约了韧性社区的建设。空间韧性对城市社区有效防范和化解重大公共卫生风险具有指导意义和实践价值。通过空间韧性治理,从理念与规划韧性、基础设施与公共服务供给韧性、资源配置韧性以及生态空间韧性等维度推动城市社区健康、安全与可持续发展,从而提升城市韧性治理能力。Urban communities are important for citizens to live and carry out diverse activities.It also serves as a basic unit of public health risk management.Exploring resilient community from a spatial dimension is an important solution for the government to deal with public health risks in an orderly way.However,the imbalance in the differential patterns of community space in diversified cities,the insufficient supply of community infrastructure and public service space,the lack of allocation of community space resources,and the weakening of ecological space basic resources all affect and restrict the construction of resilient communities.Spatial resilience provides guidance and practical value for effectively preventing and defusing major public health risks in urban communities.Through spatial resilience governance,the health,safety,and sustainable development of urban communities can be promoted from various perspectives,including concept and planning resilience,infrastructure and public service supply resilience,resource allocation resilience,and ecological space resilience,to enhance urban resilience and the modernization of national emergency management.
