摘　　要：受宏观社会结构影响和返乡新生代农民工对乡村生活的向往等诸多因素的正向激励,要推进乡村全面振兴,返乡新生代农民工需重构通用能力、自我管理能力和职业核心能力。以农业产业发展提升宏观分析能力,以创业培训树立创新精神和风险意识,以传帮带提升团队合作能力,以优化培训机制提升农业项目经营管理能力,诸多路径均可为返乡新生代农民工向新型职业农民转型助力,为乡村振兴提供人才支撑。Positively motivated by the macro social structure and the yearning for rural life of the new generation of migrant workers returning home,in order to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,the new generation of migrant workers returning homes need to reconstruct their general abilities,self-management abilities and core vocational abilities.With the development of agricultural industry to enhance macro analysis abilities,entrepreneurship training to establish innovation spirit and risk awareness,mentoring and guidance to enhance team cooperation abilities,and optimizing training mechanism to enhance agricultural project management capabilities,many paths can help the new generation of migrant workers returning homes to transform into new professional farmers and provide talent support for rural revitalization.
