摘 要:为优化草帘编织机摊铺装置,探讨稻秸秆物料特性对摊铺的影响,本文以自然晾晒风干后、具有一定含水率的稻秸秆为研究对象,以稻秸秆根数、剪切速度和剪切部位为试验因素,以剪切强度为评价指标进行剪切试验;以不同弯曲和拉伸部位为试验因素,以弯曲弹性模量和抗拉强度为评价指标进行弯曲和拉伸试验。试验结果表明:单根稻秸秆同一剪切部位的剪切强度会随着剪切速度的增加而降低,多根稻秸秆捆扎成束后的剪切强度小于单根稻秸秆的剪切强度,当稻秸秆根数小于7时,剪切速度在280mm/min时剪切强度最大;单根秸秆剪切部位Ⅰ的剪切强度最大,而由多根稻秸秆捆扎成束的稻秸秆其剪切部位Ⅲ的剪切强度最大。稻秸秆不同弯曲部位的弯曲弹性模量随着稻秸秆根数的增加而降低,其弯曲部位Ⅲ的弯曲弹性模量最大,弯曲部位Ⅱ的弯曲弹性模量最小。单根稻秸秆拉伸部位Ⅰ的抗拉强度最大,为48.15MPa,而拉伸部位Ⅲ的抗拉强度最小,为18.49MPa。Taking the rice straw with a certain moisture content after natural air drying as the research object,the study aims to optimize the paving device of straw-curtain woven machine and find the effect of the rice straw mechanical properties on paving.The shear test is carried out with the number of rice straw,shear speed and shear part as test factors,and shear strength as evaluation index.The bending and tensile tests are conducted with different bending and tensile parts as test factors,and bending elastic modulus and tensile strength as evaluation indexes.The test results show that the shear strength of the same shear part of a single rice straw will decrease with the increase of shear speed,the shear strength of multiple rice straw bundles is less than that of single rice straw when the number of rice straw is less than 7,and the shear strength tops when the shear speed is 280mm/min.The shear strength of single straw shear part I is the largest,while the shear strength of rice straw bundled by multiple rice straws is the largest.The bending elastic modulus of different bending parts of rice straw decreased with the increase of the number of rice straw,the bending elastic modulus of bending part III is the largest and that of bending part II is the smallest.The tensile strength of tensile part I of single rice straw is the largest,which is 48.15MPa,while the tensile strength of tensile Part III is the smallest,which is 18.49MPa.
