摘 要:台阶法收坡在土石坝反滤层填筑中的运用可避免修坡困难、心墙料与反滤料相互侵占、施工效率低等传统施工问题,同时相较于使用“双料摊铺机”,机械设备投入少,但是在一定程度上减小了反滤层的有效厚度。通过对反滤层设计基本原理进行分析及有限元渗流分析,得出台阶法收坡施工致使反滤层有效厚度减小对于反滤层功能发挥及渗流稳定不会造成不利影响,反滤层逸出水力坡降减小明显,可用于心墙土石坝反滤层填筑以提高施工效率、降低生产成本。The application of the staircase method in the filling of the filter layer of earth-rock dam can avoid the traditional construction problems such as difficulty in slope repair,mutual encroaching of the core wall material and the filter material,and low construction efficiency.At the same time,compared with the use of“dual-material paver”,the mechanical equipment input is less,but the effective thickness of the filter layer is reduced to a certain extent.Through the analysis of the basic principles of filter layer design and finite element seepage analysis,it is concluded that the reduction of the effective filter layer thickness caused by the staircase method for slope construction will not cause adverse effects on the function of filter layer and seepage stability,and the decrease of hydraulic gradient of filter layer outlet is obvious,which can be used for the filter layer filling of core earth-rock dam to improve construction efficiency and reduce production cost.
