摘  要:小浪底3号明流洞闸室空间狭小,弧形工作闸门充水平压前后变形监测难度较大,且该项目具有测量精度要求高、监测时隔短、测试部位多等特点,因此选用高精度、非接触和动态测量的数字工业摄影测量系统进行变形监测。根据被测对象的特点,针对狭小空间的摄影测量,分别对拍摄位置与编码标志的布设进行了优化,分析得到闸门面板、主梁、次梁、横梁及支臂等主要构件的变形量,取得了预期成果,同时促进了数字工业摄影测量系统在水工金属结构变形监测中的应用。The space of the No.3 free-flow sluice chamber in Xiaolangdi Dam is small,and it is difficult to monitor the deformation of the arc working gate before and after being filled with water and under horizontal pressure.Additionally,this project has high requirements for measurement accuracy,short monitoring intervals,and multiple testing locations.Therefore,a high-precision,non-contact,and dynamic measurement digital industrial photogrammetry system is selected for deformation monitoring.Based on the characteristics of the measured object and the narrow space for photogrammetry,the layout of the shooting position and the encoding marks are optimized,and the deformation of the main components such as the gate panel,main beam,secondary beam,crossbeam and supporting arm are analyzed,achieving the expected results.At the same time,it promotes the application of digital industrial photogrammetry systems in the deformation monitoring of hydraulic metal structures.
