摘 要:两河口水电站大坝是我国300m级超高土石坝,为了提高坝基岩体承载力,减少不均匀沉降,确保大坝运行安全,坝基采用固结灌浆进行处理。灌浆属于隐蔽工程,灌浆质量无法直观评判。本文采用单孔声波、对穿声波、全景图像、钻孔变模等方法对灌浆质量进行全面检测,灌后各项检测数据满足设计要求,灌浆效果良好。工程实践表明,利用物探手段检测固结灌浆质量,方法合理且技术可靠。Lianghekou Hydropower Station Dam is a 300m-level super-high earth-rock dam in China.In order to improve the bearing capacity of the dam foundation rock mass,reduce the uneven settlement and ensure the safety of the dam operation,the dam foundation is treated with consolidation grouting.Grouting belongs to hidden engineering,and the grouting quality cannot be directly judged.In this paper,comprehensive detection of grouting quality is carried out using methods such as single-hole acoustic wave,cross-hole acoustic wave,panoramic imaging,borehole deformation.The post-grouting test data meets the design requirements,and the grouting effect is good.Engineering practice has shown that the use of geophysical methods to detect the quality of consolidation grouting is reasonable and technically reliable.
