摘 要:为降低陇东大偏移距页岩油长水平段钻井中管柱摩阻,提高钻井时效,在前期井眼轨道优化设计、钻井液体系优化的基础上,强化了基于轨道优化的钻具组合优选、钻柱扭摆滑动钻进,应用自研的钻井液信息技术智能分析系统实现了事故复杂预警和实时钻井液性能快速调整辅助决策,形成了陇东大偏移距页岩油水平井特色的减摩降阻配套技术。理论分析和现场实测摩阻对比分析表明,系列配套技术的实施,减摩降阻效果明显,提高了钻井时效。In order to reduce the frictional resistance of drill string in the drilling of Longdong shale oil horizontal wells with long horizontal section and large offset and improve drilling efficiency,based on the optimization design of the wellbore trajectory and drilling fluid system in the early stage,BHA optimization was improved based on hole profile design,"swift+slipping"drilling technology was applied in hole trajectory control,and to use the self-developed"intelligent drilling fluid information analysis system"gives out the real time warning of downhole troublesome/accident to help mud engineer fast adjusting the performance of drilling fluid from the system's assistant decision-making,and a matching technology for reducing frictional resistance in the drilling of Longdong shale oil horizontal wells with long horizontal section and large offset was formed.The comparison and analysis of theoretical analysis and on-site measured friction resistance shows that the application of a series of supporting technologies has significantly reduced the frictional resistance,and improved drilling efficiency.
