摘  要:为解决含分布式电源的配电网动态无功优化问题,考虑不同时刻日负荷以及分布式光伏、风电的出力水平不断变化,以节点电压是否越限为判断依据设计了2种优化方案。在多目标无功优化模型的基础上,若节点电压越限,通过节点之间的电气距离、联通情况以及区域直径对配电网进行快速分区处理,根据分区结果,调节电压越限区域内分布式电源的无功出力,利用改进差分进化算法进行局部无功优化,输出Pareto最优解;若节点电压不越限,对配电网整体进行无功优化求解,调节分布式电源的无功出力,获得Pareto最优解。通过算例分析验证了本文所提算法和优化方案的可行性。In order to solve the dynamic reactive power optimization problem of distribution network with distributed generation,two optimization schemes are designed based on whether the node voltage exceeds the limit,considering the daily load at different times and the continuous change of the output level of distributed photovoltaic power and wind power.A multi-objective reactive power optimization model is established.If the node voltage exceeds the limit,the distribution network is quickly divided into different areas according to the electrical distance between nodes,connectivity and regional diameter.According to the partition results,the reactive power output of the distributed generation in the region where the voltage exceeds the limit is adjusted.The local reactive power is optimized using improved differential evolution algorithm and the Pareto optimal solution is put out.If the node voltage does not exceed the limit,the reactive power optimization is carried out for the whole distribution network,and the reactive power output of the distributed generation is adjusted to obtain the Pareto optimal solution.The feasibility of the algorithm and optimization scheme proposed in this paper is verified by an example.
