摘  要:磁力传动通过内外磁转子之间的磁力耦合产生相对运动,传递转矩和功率,是一种新型的无机械连接传动技术。针对一种泥浆发电机用磁力传动机构,采用高斯定理设计了满足工作要求的机构尺寸,利用ANSYS Maxwell建立磁力传动机构的有限元模型,分析了磁通密度和涡流损耗的分布规律,研究磁路结构和永磁体的各项参数对传动特性的影响,分析了产生影响的原因。选择不同结构参数的内外磁转子进行磁力传动性能测试实验,理论、仿真和实验结合对比验证高斯定理和有限元分析的准确性。结果表明:高斯定理和有限元分析与实验结果的误差在12.6%以内,可作为泥浆发电机用磁力传动机构的设计方法。Magnetic drive is a new type of transmission technology without mechanical connection,which generates relative motion and transmits torque and power through the magnetic coupling between internal and external magnetic rotors.The size of a magnetic transmission mechanism for mud generator was designed by using Gauss theorem.The finite element model of the magnetic transmission mechanism was established by using ANSYS Maxwell.The distribution laws of its magnetic flux density and eddy current loss were analyzed,the influences of magnetic circuit structure and various permanent magnet parameters on transmission characteristics of the magnetic transmission mechanism were studied,and the causes of leading to the influences were analyzed.The magnetic transmission performance between internal and external magnetic rotors with different structural parameters was tested.The accuracy of Gauss theorem,finite element analysis is verified by comparison of theoretical,simulation and experiment results.The result shows that the error between Gauss theorem and finite element analysis result and experiment result is less than 12.6%.Therefore Gauss theorem and finite element analysis can be used as the design method of the magnetic transmission mechanism for mud generator.
