摘  要:针对IEC 60287方法在计算排管集群敷设电缆导体温度时计算精度不足的现象,开展排管集群敷设电缆的热评估模型优化研究。首先,针对管道内有填充介质的单根排管敷设电缆,提出基于形状因子法的填充层热阻计算方法。然后,结合排管集群敷设电缆的散热特征,建立以不同负荷为输入量的排管集群敷设电缆导体温度表征函数,实现对不同负荷情况下排管集群电缆导体温度的准确求解。随后,通过搭建实验平台和基于实验条件的有限元仿真模型,验证优化模型计算排管集群敷设电缆导体温度的准确性。最后,基于仿真结果和优化模型评估不同填充介质和不同管道材质对排管集群敷设电缆载流能力的影响。所提出的考虑电缆间互热效应的热评估优化模型能够更准确地模拟排管集群敷设电缆的热行为,并且填补了IEC计算标准对于管道内有填充介质情况下排管敷设电缆导体温度计算的空白,在计算不同填充介质和不同管道材质下的排管集群电缆载流能力时都有较高的精确度。In view of the insufficient accuracy of conventional IEC 60287 method in calculating the conductor temperature of the pipe cluster laying cable,this paper studies the optimization of the thermal evaluation model of the pipe cluster laying cable.Firstly,it proposes a method based on shape factor to calculate the thermal resistance of the packing layer for the single pipe laying cable with filling medium in the pipeline.Then,combined with the heat dissipation characteristic of the cable laid in the pipe cluster,it establishes a characterization function of the conductor temperature of the pipe cluster laying cable with different loads as the input to achieve an accurate solution of the conductor temperature under different loads.Afterwards,an experimental platform and a finite element simulation model based on experimental conditions are established to verify the accuracy of the optimization model.Finally,based on the simulation results and the optimization model,the paper evaluates the influences of different filling media and pipeline materials on the capacity of the cable.It is proved that the optimization model of the proposed thermal evaluation model considering the mutual heat effect can more accurately simulate the thermal behavior of the pipe cluster laying cable,and fill the gap of IEC standard for conductor temperature calculation of the cable with filling media in the pipeline.It also verifies high accuracy of the proposed model in calculating the capacity of the pipe cluster laying cable with different filling media and different pipe materials.
