摘 要:采用熔盐法,以不同比例复合同系列镧系钙钛矿镍酸镧(LaNiO3)和铁酸镧(LaFeO3),通过测试光电化学响应,研究该复合材料的可见光光电性能,以及LaNiO3/LaFeO3薄膜厚度对其光电性能的影响.研究结果显示,当以LaNiO3为衬底时,LaFeO3涂层厚度对电极整体的影响较大,且当LaFeO3涂层厚度在最优时,其光响应比单一的LaNiO3电极提升近5倍.In this paper,LaNiO 3/LaFeO 3 composites in different proportions were prepared by molten salt method.The visible light photoelectric properties of the composites were explored,and the effects of relevant parameters on the visible light photoelectric properties of the materials were studied.The effects of LaNiO 3/LaFeO 3 film thickness on its photoelectric properties were also studied.When LaNiO 3 was used as the substrate,the thickness of the LaFeO 3 coating has a great influence on the overall electrode.And as the LaFeO 3 coating reaches to 600μg/cm 2,the light response is nearly 5 times higher than that of a single LaNiO 3 layer.
