摘  要:伤口敷料具有促进创面愈合和保护创面不受感染的特点,广泛应用于临床治疗.以天然多糖壳聚糖为原料构筑的水凝胶材料具有独特的三维网络结构和促进伤口愈合能力,在伤口敷料的应用方面受到关注.文章从水凝胶伤口敷料的性能要求如生物相容性、抗菌性能、黏合性和强度、止血性能及抗氧化性等出发,对近年来基于壳聚糖的水凝胶伤口敷料的设计和制备研究进行了总结与概括,并对该类水凝胶伤口敷料的未来发展和应用前景进行了展望.Wound dressings are widely used in clinical treatment because of their characteristics of promoting wound healing and protecting wounds from infection.Hydrogels based on natural polysaccharide chitosan,which have a unique three-dimensional network structure for wound healing,have attracted extensive attentions in application of wound dressings.Based on the performance requirements of hydrogel wound dressings,such as biocompatibility,antibacterial properties,adhesion and strength,hemostatic properties and antioxidant properties,this paper summarized relative researches on design and preparation of chitosan-based hydrogel wound dressings,and looked forward to the future development and application prospects on chitosan-based hydrogel wound dressings.
