中华鳖胚胎期氯吡硫磷暴露对孵出幼体生理表现的影响

摘  要:氯吡硫磷是一种广泛用于控制农作物上有害昆虫的有机磷杀虫剂,对水生生物可能具有较高毒性.用不同质量浓度(0、0.03、0.3、3.0 mg/L)的氯吡硫磷溶液处理孵化中的中华鳖受精卵,测定胚胎存活、孵出幼体大小、游泳表现、早期生长及肝脏生理指标(甘油三酯和丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性)来评估胚胎期氯吡硫磷暴露对中华鳖胚胎发育及幼体生理表现的潜在影响.在0.03~3.0 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,氯吡硫磷暴露并不显著改变包括胚胎存活、孵化期、幼体大小、运动、生长速度和生理表现在内的所有测量指标.该结果表明低浓度的氯吡硫磷暴露可能对水生龟鳖类动物胚胎发育和幼体表型的影响不大.Chlorpyrifos is a widely-used organophosphate pesticide for controlling harmful insects on crops,which may have high toxicity to aquatic organisms.The freshly laid eggs of the Chinese soft-shelled turtle(Pelodiscus sinensis)were treated with different concentrations of chlorpyrifos(0,0.03,0.3 and 3.0 mg/L),and the embryonic survival,hatchling size,swimming and early growth performance,and hepatic physiological indicators(triglyceride and malondialdehyde contents,superoxide dismutase and catalase activities)were measured to evaluate potential toxic effects of chlorpyrifos exposure on embryonic development and hatchling performances of P.sinensis.Within the concentration range of 0.03-3.0 mg/L,no significant changes were observed in measured variables,including embryonic survival,incubation period,body mass,motility swimming speed,early growth rate,hepatic triglyceride malondialdehyde contents,superoxide dismutase and catalase activities.These results indicated that exposure to relatively low concentrations of chlorpyrifos during embryonic period might have a limited impact on embryonic development and hatchling phenotypes of aquatic turtle species.
