摘 要:采用自由基聚合方法,以丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)等单体在过硫酸盐的诱发作用下共聚,合成了具有梳状结构的聚羧酸系减水剂,并对比分析了反应单体的摩尔比、聚合反应时间以及反应温度等因素对减水剂结构与性能的影响。结果表明,减水剂的合成最佳条件(分子量比):n(AA)∶n(TPEG)=2.5∶1,反应时间4.5 h,反应温度60℃,在此基础上,制得的减水剂具有良好的分散性能;当掺量质量分数为0.12%时,减水率可达到30%以上。The free radical polymerization method was used to investigate the induction effect of persulfate by acrylic acid,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),methallyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)and other monomers.The polycarboxylate water-reducing agent with comb-like structure was synthesized by copolymerization,and the effects of the molar ratio of reaction monomers,polymerization reaction time and reaction temperature on the structure and performance of the water-reducing agent were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of the superplasticizer were(molecular weight ratio):n(AA)∶n(TPEG)=2.5∶1,reaction time 4.5 h,and reaction temperature 60℃,The water-reducing agent prepared on this basis had good dispersing performance.When the dosage was 0.12%,the water reduction rate could reach more than 30%.
