摘 要:采用阻炉熔炼+挤压+拉拔的方法,制备了4种不同成分的Al-Er-Zr合金导线,研究了Zr质量分数对铝合金显微组织、力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明,不同Zr质量分数的均匀化态铝合金导线中都存在亮白色的初生相,这些初生相主要为Al_(3)Zr和Al_(3)Er相,在Zr质量分数为0.15%及以下时主要以固溶形式存在;随着Zr质量分数增加,铝合金导线的抗拉强度逐渐增加、断后伸长率先减小后增加、高温保持率会随着温度升高而减小、导电率先减小后增加,在Zr质量分数为0.10%时,铝合金导线具有较高的强度和导电率。Four kinds of Al-Er-Zr alloy wires with different compositions were prepared by means of furnace resistance smelting&extrusion&drawing.The effects of Zr content on microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that there were bright white primary phases in homogenized aluminum alloy wires with different Zr mass fractions.These primary phases were mainly Al_(3)Zr and Al_(3)Er phases,which mainly existed in the form of solid solution when the Zr mass fraction was 0.15%or less;With the increase of Zr content,the tensile strength of aluminum alloy conductor gradually increased,the elongation after fracture decreased first and then increased,the high temperature retention decreased with the increase of temperature,and the conductivity decreased first and then increased.When the Zr mass fraction was 0.10%,aluminum alloy conductor had high strength and conductivity.
