摘  要:单多元红外探测器由于其制备工艺和结构简单、成本低廉,易于实现小型化和便捷性等特点,在民用和军事领域拥有广阔的应用前景。综述了国内外单多元红外探测器的研发现状,及所涉及的一些关键技术,并且对其在红外测温、光谱应用、气体探测、监测预警、军用弹道导弹、反导预警等应用领域进行详细介绍。最后进行了总结和展望,我国应该根据市场需求的不同,开发新材料,加强技术创新,研制出性能更优、竞争力更强、价格更低的单多元红外探测器。Due to its simple preparation process and structure,low cost,easy miniaturization and convenience,single/multi element infrared detectors have broad application prospects in military and civil fields.This paper reviews the research and development status of single multivariate infrared detectors at home and abroad,as well as some key technologies involved,and introduces its applications fields in detail,such as infrared temperature measurement,spectral application,gas detection,monitoring and early warning,military ballistic missiles,anti-missile early warning,etc.Finally,the summary and prospect are carried out,according to the different market demand,it is urgent to exploited new materials and strengthen technological innovation,so as to develop infrared detectors with better performance,stronger competitiveness and lower price.
