摘 要:移动可穿戴设备目前已广泛应用于医疗领域,近年来用于血压测量的可穿戴设备发展迅速。关于适用于血压测量及高血压诊断的可穿戴设备,目前的认识和观点并不一致。近期,欧洲高血压学会(ESH)公布的立场声明指出,无袖带血压测量设备不适用于家庭及临床,但也有国内共识建议将可穿戴设备用于血压的管理。本文将阐述适用于临床血压评价的移动可穿戴血压测量设备,分析ESH不推荐无袖带可穿戴血压测量设备用于临床的原因。Mobile wearable devices have been widely used in the medical field,and the measurement of blood pressure by wearable devices is getting popularity rapidly in recent years.There are different views and opinions currently on which wearable devices are suitable for the measurement of blood pressure and the diagnosis of hypertension.Recently,the European Society of Hypertension(ESH)issued a position statement stating that cuffless blood pressure monitoring devices are not suitable for home and clinical applications,while a Chinese consensus suggests that using wearable devices for blood pressure management is acceptable.This article will explain which mobile wearable blood pressure device is suitable for clinical blood pressure evaluation,and analyze the reasons why ESH does not recommend cuffless wearable blood pressure measurement devices for routine clinical use.
