摘 要:定向钻探技术即钻孔轨迹可控钻进技术。铜陵地区地质复杂多变,岩石化学和物理特性及空间形态的多变,使得钻孔偏斜呈现无规律性。奋战在该地区的321地质队,经过不懈努力,不断创新,率先探索定向钻探技术成功解决钻孔偏斜问题,实现了1主多枝全方位丛式群孔,轨迹控制理论和定位精度论证有了创新突破,技术水平达到了“有限自由控制”程度。近30余年来,定向钻探工作量完成21.4万m。该项技术可广泛应用于多种钻探工程中。Directional drilling technology is one with controlled borehole trajectory.Previously,the borehole deviation was made irregular by changes in chemical and physical characteristics of rocks and spatial forms in the background of the complex and changeable geology in the Tongling Area,Anhui Province.Through unremitting efforts and continuous innovation,No.321 Unit took the lead in exploring a directional drilling technology and successfully solved the problem of borehole deviation,and realized drilling a cluster of holes with one main and multiple branches,which made a breakthrough in the theory of trajectory control and the demonstration of positioning accuracy,with the technical level being up to“limited free control”.In the past 30 years,more than 214,000 meters of directional drilling has been completed,and the Unit took the lead in the technical level in deep(directional)drilling.The technology is also widely used in a variety of special drilling projects.
