摘 要:目的了解广西西南部分地区4种龟类隐孢子虫的感染情况。方法采集4个种类总计148只龟的粪便样品,利用巢氏PCR对18S rRNA基因进行检测和分析。结果龟隐孢子虫总感染率为23.65%(35/148),其中黄额闭壳龟感染率为35.29%(6/17),地龟感染率为29.00%(29/100),黄缘闭壳龟(0/16)和木纹龟(0/15)中未检测出隐孢子虫感染,两种龟类隐孢子虫检测结果均为阴性,感染率为0。不同龟种中,地龟感染了Cryptosporidium.ducismarci,黄额闭壳龟存在Cryptosporidium.ducismarci与Cryptosporidium.testudinis两种隐孢子虫的混合感染。结论广西西南部分地区龟类存在两种隐孢子虫的感染,且C.testudinis隐孢子虫可能对人兽健康存在潜在风险,本研究为明确目前广西西南地区的龟隐孢子虫的流行情况提供了参考依据。In order to understand the Cryptosporidium infections in four species of tortoises in parts of southwest Guangxi,we collected fecal samples from 148 tortoises of four species.The 18S rRNA genes were detected and analyzed with nested PCR.The total Cryptosporidium infection rate in tortoises was 23.65%(35/148),among which the infection rate of Cuora galbinifrons was 35.29%(6/17),and that of Geoemyda spengleri was 29.00%(29/100).No Cryptosporidium infections were detected in Cuora flavomarginata(0/16)and Rhinoclemmys(0/15).In different tortoise species,Geoemyda spengleri was infected with Cryptosporidium.ducismarci,and Cuora galbinifrons was infected with Cryptosporidium.ducismarci and Cryptosporidium.testudinis.In conclusion,two Cryptosporidium infections were identified in tortoises in southwest Guangxi.C.testudinis may pose potential risks to human and animal health.This study provides a reference to clarify the current prevalence of Cryptosporidium in tortoises in southwest Guangxi.
