摘  要:随着风电装机容量的迅猛增长,对风电机组的功率特性评估需求越来越高。基于数据挖掘技术,结合IEC标准的评估方法,设计了风电机组功率特性评估实验平台。该实验平台既涵盖了常规的数据清洗、数据插补、环境因素修正、 Bin方法等常规评估手段,又包括了贝叶斯岭回归、决策树回归等专业功率曲线评估方法。通过系列实验结果表明,实验平台评估分析得出的风功率曲线特性、发电量情况与风电机组实际运行情况基本吻合。同时,该实验平台对开展风电机组健康评估和风速、功率预测等进一步研究具有重要指导作用。With the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity,the demand for the assessment of wind turbine power performance is increasing.Based on data mining technology and IEC standards,a platform for wind turbine power performance evaluation has been designed.The experimental platform not only includes conventional assessment methods such as data cleaning,data interpolation,environmental factor correction,and BIN method,but also includes the advanced power curve assessment methods such as Bayesian ridge regression and decision tree regression.A series of experimental results show that the simulation and measurement results of power performance are consistent.In addition,the experimental platform plays an important guiding role in the further study of wind turbine health assessment and wind speed&power prediction.
