摘　　要：设计了一款基于STC单片机的USB自动下载电路。对该电路的各个模块电路进行了介绍和分析,尤其对USB自动下载电路进行了详细的阐述。这里仅利用CH340C芯片的RTS引脚作为MODEM联络信号输出请求的功能,并结合继电器及驱动、延时电容等电子元器件,无需额外的控制芯片就可以实现自动冷启动,从而实现单片机机器码的自动下载,避免了对单片机频繁的手动掉电再上电的过程,也能有效解决目前多数电脑没有RS232串口,无法进行程序下载的问题。This paper designs a USB automatic download circuit based on STC microcontroller.Each module of the circuit is introduced and analyzed.In particular,the USB automatic download circuit is described in detail.Here,only the RTS pin of CH340C chip is used as the function of MODEM to contact the signal output request,and combined with relay and drive,capacitor and other electronic components.Then its cold start can be implemented automatically,without the additional control chip,and lead to SCM machine code automatically downloaded.It not only avoids frequent manual power off and on the MCU process,but also can effectively solve the current computers no RS232 serial port,unable to download the program problem.
