摘 要:为了解决现有液压实验项目危险性大、建设困难、虚拟实验项目实践性差、与工程实际结合不够紧密等问题,提出了虚实互联的教学模式,建设了基于移动互联网、可远程操控的流体传动及控制类实验教学平台。通过伺服变载荷加载实验的工程实例,展示了基于该教学平台的液压实验项目设计与实践过程。该虚实仿真平台的建设充分借助校企合作资源,满足了工科实验教育资源全球共享化需求。In order to solve the problems of high risk and difficult construction of existing hydraulic experiment projects,poor practicality of virtual experimental projects,and lack of close integration with engineering practice,etc.A teaching model of virtual-reality interconnection is put forward,and the remotely controllable experimental teaching platform of fluid transmission and control based on mobile Internet is built.Through the engineering example of servo variable load loading experiment,this paper shows the design and practice process of hydraulic experiment project based on this teaching platform.The construction of the virtual-reality simulation platform makes full use of school-enterprise cooperation resources to explore new ways of experimental teaching under the epidemic situation,which meets the global sharing demand of engineering experimental education resources.
