摘　　要：化学类实验室开放运行具有开放性、灵活性等特点的同时因实验类型、使用药品试剂、反应条件的特殊性使其在运行过程中的安全危险性因素显著增多,导致安全事故屡有发生,因此以西南石油大学化学类实验室开放运行现状为例,提出化学类实验室开放运行安全文化建设与风险控制,从安全精神文化建设、物质文化建设、制度文化建设、行为文化建设四方面入手,建立安全文化体系,提高实验人员安全素养,规范人员行为,促进形成成熟完善的化学类实验室开放运行综合管理体系。The open operation of chemical laboratories is characterized by openness and flexibility.At the same time,safety risk factors increased significantly because of the type of experiment,the use of drug reagents,reaction conditions of the particularity.As a result,safety accidents frequently occur.Therefore,taking the current situation of the open operation of chemical laboratories in Southwest Petroleum University as an example,the construction of safety culture and risk control for the open operation of chemical laboratories were proposed,the construction of safety culture system is established to improve personnel safety literacy,standardize personnel behavior,and promote the formation of a mature and perfect comprehensive management system for the opening and operation of chemical laboratories,on the basis of safety culture,material culture,system culture and behavior culture.
