共建老年性眼病中西医结合防控体系

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化和社会信息化、数字化的提速,老年性眼病人群基数大幅提升,系统性开展老年性眼病防治已成为社会的广泛共识。本文以北京中医药学会中老年眼病专业委员会为依托,首次提出老年性眼病的常见病种,对临床常见老年性眼病的中医、西医认识、相关临床检查进行归纳总结,并在此基础上提出老年性眼病的中西医结合防控体系。该体系是一种医患联动、社会参与的老年性眼病“五位一体”防控新模式,以“三早”“三防”“三治”为中心原则,以危险因素管控、病因规避、病机干预为核心;在“五位一体”防控体系中,以眼科医生和老年眼病患者为2个中心,社区卫生服务站为枢纽,并在政府和媒体的支持下,为老年眼健康和老年性眼病防控工作的开展提供保障支持。With the aging population and the acceleration of social informationization and digitization,the number of people with age-related eye diseases has significantly increased.Therefore,it has become a widely recognized consensus to systematically prevent and treat age-related eye diseases.Based on the Professional Committee of Middle-aged and Elderly Eye Diseases of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Association,this article for the first time proposes the common types of age-related eye diseases,summarizes the recognition of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and relevant clinical examinations for commonly seen age-related eye diseases,and proposes a collaborative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine prevention and control system for age-related eye diseases on this basis.This system is a new model for the prevention and control of age-related eye diseases that involves the collaboration of medical professionals,patients,and society.It follows the principle of"three early""three prevention"and"three treatment"with risk factor management,etiology avoidance,and pathogenesis intervention as the core.In this"five-in-one"prevention and control system,ophthalmologists and elderly eye disease patients are the two centers,community health centers are the hub,and the government and media provide support to ensure and support the development of elderly eye health and the prevention and control of age-related eye diseases.
