基于数据挖掘针灸治疗眼病的疾病谱与适宜病症的研究

摘　　要：目的总结近5年针灸治疗眼病的疾病谱,探讨分析针灸治疗眼病的适宜病症及其变化趋势。方法检索2017年1月1日—2021年12月31日中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMED)中正式发表的有关针灸治疗眼病的文献,通过整理、筛选、归纳,总结近5年的针灸眼病谱;同时与既往已经发表的2篇针灸眼病谱研究文献进行分析比较,总结探究针灸治疗眼病的适宜病症及其发展变化。结果(1)针灸治疗眼病的文献结果:近5年针灸治疗眼病的文献共有588篇,包含38种病症,以干眼的文献最多(24.8%),其次为近视(12.1%)、视神经萎缩(10.0%),治疗最多的疾病类别为视网膜疾病与视神经疾病;(2)近5年适宜病症分级:(1)一级适宜病症,为干眼、近视、视神经萎缩、眼肌麻痹、青光眼、糖尿病性视网膜病变、弱视、缺血性视神经病变、视网膜色素变性;(2)二、三级适宜病证无;(3)四级适宜病证,为Graves眼病、黄斑变性、眼底出血、视疲劳。(3)与既往研究比较:适宜病症中,视神经萎缩、弱视、干眼、青光眼、缺血性视神经病变近年来临床应用有上升趋势,近视、眼肌麻痹略有下降趋势。不同时期适宜病症涵盖的疾病类别均以视网膜病与视神经疾病为最多。结论近5年眼病针灸病谱和适宜病症不断更新变化,从外眼病、炎症性眼病、常见眼病向眼底病、非炎症性眼病、难治性眼病转变,但仍以干眼、近视、视神经萎缩研究最多,视网膜病与视神经病研究病种最为丰富。OBJECTIVE To summarize the disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of eye diseases in recent five years,and to discuss and analyze the suitable diseases of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of eye diseases and their changing trends.METHODS Literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eye diseases officially published in CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP and SinoMED from January 1st,2017 to December 31st,2021 was retrieved,and the disease spectrum of eye diseases treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in recent five years was summarized through sorting,screening and summarizing.At the same time,it was analyzed and compared with two previously published literature on disease spectrum of eye diseases treated by acupuncture and moxibustion,so as to summarize and explore the suitable diseases of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of eye diseases and their changing trends.RESULTS(1)Literature research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eye disease:In recent five years,there were 588 papers on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eye diseases,including 38 diseases,with dry eye accounting for the most(24.8%),followed by myopia(12.1%),optic nerve atrophy(10.0%),and the diseases treated most were retinal diseases and optic nerve diseases.(2)Classification of suitable diseases in recent five years:GradeⅠsuitable diseases include dry eye,myopia,optic nerve atrophy,ophthalmoplegia,glaucoma,diabetic retinopathy,amblyopia,ischemic optic neuropathy,and retinitis pigmentosa.There is no GradeⅡand GradeⅢsuitable disease.GradeⅣsuitable diseases include Graves ophthalmopathy,macular degeneration,fundus hemorrhage and visual fatigue.(3)Compared with the previous studies:In recent years,the suitable diseases including optic nerve atrophy,amblyopia,dry eye,glaucoma and ischemic optic neuropathy have an upward trend in clinical practices,while myopia and ophthalmoplegia have a slight downward trend.Retinopathy and optic nerve diseases are the most suitable diseases for diff
