眼眶炎性假瘤的中西医诊治进展

摘　　要：眼眶炎性假瘤是一种特发性非特异性眼眶炎症,其临床发病率低,危害严重,患者常以眼眶疼痛、肿胀、眼球突出等症状前来就诊。目前眼眶炎性假瘤尚未形成统一的诊断和治疗标准,但国内外学者在其诊治方面进行了不同程度的研究,如充分结合临床表现及诊疗病史、影像学、病理学、实验室等检查方法进行诊断,提出药物治疗、放射、手术等治疗方法,此外新疗法及中医辨证论治也越来越受到学界的认可。笔者将中西医诊治眼眶炎性假瘤的方法作一综述,以期为制定眼眶炎性假瘤的诊治标准提供参考依据。Orbital inflammatory pseudotumor is an idiopathic nonspecific orbital inflamma-tion with low clinical incidence and serious harm.Patients often come to see a doctor with symp-toms such as orbital pain,swelling and exophthalmos.At present,there is no unified standard for diagnosis and treatment of orbital inflammatory pseudotumor.However,scholars at home and abroad have conducted different degrees of research on its diagnosis and treatment,such as mak-ing diagnosis by combining clinical manifestations and medical history,imaging examination,pathological examination,laboratory examination,etc.,and putting forward treatment methods such as drug treatment,radiotherapy,and surgical treatment.In addition,there are new treatments and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment are increasingly recog-nized by academic circles.The author reviews these modern diagnosis and treatment methods in order to provide reference for formulating the diagnosis and treatment standards of orbital inflam-matory pseudotumor.
