林才志主任医师双术汤治疗脾胃病的用药思路简析

摘　　要：林才志主任出生于浙江台州,是全国首批名老中医秦家泰教授学术经验传承人,亦是全国第五批名老中医李桂贤教授学术经验继承人。林才志主任对于脾胃病有自己独到的见解,在秦家泰教授的基础上,结合现代医学的临床经验,对脾胃病开展了一系列有效的方药治疗。林才志主任灵活运用双术汤在治疗脾胃病的同时,也创新性提出驱邪即是扶正的观点。现将林才志主任治疗脾胃病的用药思路进行整理,旨在对临床治疗脾胃病提供新思路。Director Lin Caizhi was born in Taizhou,Zhejiang.He is the first batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor Qin Jiatai’s academic experience inheritors,and the fifth batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor Li Guixian’s academic experience inheritors.Director Lin Caizhi has his own unique insights into spleen and stomach diseases.On the basis of Professor Qin Jiatai,combined with the clinical experience of modern medicine,he developed a series of effective prescriptions for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Director Lin Caizhi flexibly used Shuangshu decoction to treat spleen and stomach diseases while also creatively proposing the idea that exorcising evil means strengthening the body.Director Lin Caizhi’s medication ideas for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are now organized,aiming to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
