摘　　要：此文介绍了骆云丰从脾胃治疗疑难杂病的经验。对重症肌无力,依据脾虚九窍不通理论应用补中益气汤而获效,文案显示了辨治过程中攻补相宜、补清相制、脾肾相资遣药奥妙;对于临床中自觉发热一类的疾病,归于内伤发热,依据东垣阴火理论,阐发补脾胃泻阴火升阳之理,在此文中显示虚实之辨以及升阳潜阳思路;对于汗证的治疗,以水饮立论,强调脾阳健运的作用,此文从水湿同济到温肾利水再到温阳健脾,体现了治脾的规律及法要。This article introduces Luo Yunfeng’s experience in treating difficult diseases from the spleen and stomach.For myasthenia gravis,the application of Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective according to the theory of spleen deficiency and nine non⁃normal organs.The copy showed the mystery of the appropriate attack and supplement,the system of supplementing and clearing phases,and the channeling of spleen and kidney phases in the process of differentiation and treatment.For the clinical symptoms of fever,ascribed to internal injury fever,according to the Dongyuan’s yin fire theory,expounding the principle of reinforcing the spleen and stomach to relieve yin and fire to raise yang,in this paper,the differentiation between deficiency and reality and the idea of raising yang and purging yang are shown.For the treatment of sweating syndrome,water should be used to emphasize the function of spleen yang to promote movement.From water wet to warm kidney and water to warm yang and spleen,the article embodies the rule of spleen and law.
