韩雪教授益气升阳理论治疗儿童原发性血小板减少症经验总结  

Experience of Professor Han Xue in the Treatment of Primary Thrombocytopenia in Children by Using Invigorating Qi and Raising Yang

摘　　要：韩雪教授充分遵循“辨证施治”这一原则,以“益气升阳”法治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症,结果显示这种疗法效果确切且安全,与激素类药物治疗相比此病更具临床价值。在对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)进行干预时,可结合该疾病症状,以益气升阳法为指导,对疾病进行针对性的治疗,可有效控制病情,同时还能改善人体免疫失衡。益气温阳,重在“益”“温”“通”“化”4个方面,韩雪教授用此法在临床上治愈很多ITP患儿,疗效颇佳,非常值得推广。Professor Han Xue fully followed the principle of“treatment based on syndrome differentiation”and treated primary immune thrombocytopenia with the method of“replenishing qi and raising yang”.The results show that this therapy is effective and safe,and has more clinical value than hormone drug therapy.When intervening on ITP,it can be combined with the symptoms of the disease and guided by the method of nourishing qi and raising yang to conduct targeted treatment of the disease,which can effectively control the disease and improve the immune imbalance of the human body.Invigorating qi and raising yang focuses on the four aspects of“benefiting”“warming”“dredging”and“transforming”.Professor Han Xue has used this method to cure many ITP children clinically,and the curative effect is quite good,which is very worthy of promotion.
