血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌梗死患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究血府逐瘀汤治疗AMI对患者免疫功能及血清CysC、cTnI、BNP水平的影响。方法 选择2019年10月—2020年10月在枣庄市峄城区中医院接受医治的AMI患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(45例)和试验组(45例)。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,试验组在其基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗,2组均治疗30 d。比较治疗后2组的临床疗效,治疗前后免疫功能及血清CysC、cTnI、BNP水平。结果 治疗后试验组总有效率高于对照组;与治疗前相比,2组治疗后血清RBC-C_(3)bRR、RBC-ICR、CysC、cTnI和BNP水平均下降,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗AMI患者,不仅能改善免疫功能,同时对心肌功能有保护作用,且治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on immune function and serum CysC,cTnI and BNP levels of patients with AMI.Methods 90 patients with AMI in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the test group and the control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Metoprolol,and the test group was combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the immune function and serum CysC,cTnI,BNP levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the test group was higher than the control group.Compared with before treatment,serum RBC⁃C3bRR,RBC⁃ICR,CysC,cTnI and BNP levels decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can not only improve the immune function in the treatment of AMI patients,but also has a protective effect on myocardial function and renal function,and the therapeutic influence is significant.
