摘　　要：目的 探讨针灸联合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后偏瘫对患者的影响。方法 此研究以广昌县人民医院收治的70例患者作为研究对象,疾病类型为脑卒中后偏瘫,选例时间为2019年1月—2021年10月,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组35例。对照组患者接受常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用康复、针灸治疗,2组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后FMA、CSS、ADL评分、功能障碍分级以及步态。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率、FMA、ADL评分、IV级、III+IV级患者占比、步频高于对照组,CSS评分低于对照组,步速、步幅快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针灸联合康复疗法能够有效提高脑卒中后偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,减轻运动功能障碍、神经功能损伤,促进步态恢复,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 70 patients admitted to Guangchang People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The disease type was hemiplegia after stroke.The patients were selected from January 2019 to October 2021,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group combined rehabilitation and acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 1 month in both groups.The clinical efficacy,FMA,CSS,ADL score,functional classification and gait were compared between two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total clinical response rate,FMA,ADL score,proportion of grade IV,III+IV patients and step frequency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CSS score was lower than those in the control group,and step speed and stride length were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve limb motor function,relieve motor dysfunction and nerve function injury,promote gait recovery and improve quality of life.
