中药封包联合经络推拿在产后乳汁淤积中的效果

摘　　要：目的 研究在产后乳汁淤积中予以中药封包和经络推拿的效果。方法 选取上栗县妇幼保健院100例产后乳汁淤积产妇为样本,纳入时间2019年3月—2021年7月,采用随机数字表法将产妇均分为50例实施经络推拿手法治疗的对照组和50例实施中药封包联合治疗的观察组。对比2组产妇的治疗效果、首次通乳时间、具体疼痛程度、母乳喂养质量、生活质量、心理状态、治疗依从性。结果 观察组治疗效果、母乳喂养质量、生活质量、治疗依从性均高于对照组,首次通乳时间、具体疼痛程度、心理状态低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在产后乳汁淤积中实施经络推拿和中药封包的联合治疗具有显著效果,提升了产妇的治疗效果和满意度,其临床应用价值高。Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation and meridian massage in postpartum galactostasis.Methods 100 puerpera with postpartum milk stasis in Shangli County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected,and the inclusion time was from March 2019 to July 2021.The puerpera were divided into control group of 50 cases treated with meridian massage and observation group of 50 cases treated with Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation and meridian massage.The therapeutic effect,the first breast⁃feeding time,specific pain degree,breast⁃feeding quality,quality of life,psychological state and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect,breast⁃feeding quality,life quality and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the first breast⁃feeding time,specific pain degree and psychological state were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Chinese herbal medicine encapsulation and meridian massage in postpartum galactostasis has significant effect,which improves the therapeutic effect and satisfaction of parturient,and has high clinical application value.
